Comsat Architects congratulates Software Developer Matt Vorisek on creating the winning design to represent the NASA Human Research Program (HRP) Investigator’s Workshop (IWS) Conference to be held February 2023. This annual conference is the primary event for investigators funded by the HRP to share progress and results of their research and technology projects.

Matt’s design was developed based on the conference’s theme, “To the Moon: The Next Golden Age of Human Spaceflight,” and was inspired by travel posters from the 1950s and 60s, a period also referred to as the “Golden Age of Air Travel.” His winning design is already being shared on announcements and promotional material for the conference. He will be awarded an International Space Station (ISS) Expedition packet along with an ISS commemorative coin.
